Initiate

Analyze

Build
In the Build phase, we configure Automat POS and NetSuite to meet your exact specifications, ensuring all integrations, configurations, and enhancements are in place.
Validate
The Validate phase is where we rigorously test the system, train your users, and ensure everything is ready for the live environment. This stage is performed in a Sandbox Account to allow for thorough testing without affecting your production system.
Convert
In the Convert phase, we finalize the migration to the production environment, ensuring a smooth transition and a successful go-live.
Optimize
The Optimize phase focuses on providing continuous support and ensuring the system evolves to meet your changing business needs.
Key Testing Phases
Testing is an essential part of the process. Here’s how we validate system functionality:
Process Walkthroughs
This session provides an opportunity to review the initial configuration of Automat POS and NetSuite, identifying any necessary adjustments to align the system with your business processes.
We’ll note any areas where your processes or requirements don’t fit the out-of-the-box system functionality and identify what will be addressed during the Build phase via system enhancements or process changes.
A comprehensive list of gaps, enhancements, and any process adjustments to be addressed in the Build phase.
In this session, we demonstrate how to execute your business processes using the fully-configured system in the Sandbox environment. This serves as a final opportunity to ensure that everything works as expected before go-live.
A formal End-to-End test, after which the solution is considered production-ready.
DATA IMPORTS
We ensure a seamless transition by importing all necessary data, including:
Import of product details, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and inventory levels.
Migrating customer data, including contact details and purchasing history.
Import of supplier information and any related order data.
Ensuring open AR balances are transferred to the new system for continuity.
Importing historical sales data to ensure that your reporting and analytics remain intact post-migration.
Post-Implementation Support
