Business Process Workshops
Collaborative workshops to map out your business processes, identify any gaps, and define how they can be addressed either through business process changes or system enhancements.
Gap Analysis
We’ll identify any gaps in your current processes and propose solutions—whether through adapting your business processes or implementing system enhancements.
Business Process Walkthrough 1
This initial walkthrough is designed to demonstrate how your business processes will be executed within the Automat POS and NetSuite ERP environment. We’ll walk through each of the key processes in scope, showing exactly how they will operate within the system. Calling out any enhancements that will be delivered in the Build phase.
Solution Design
We’ll design a customized integration plan for Automat POS and NetSuite, ensuring it meets your specific requirements and addresses identified gaps.
Project Plan & Timeline
We create a comprehensive project plan, including detailed tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Business Process Document
At the close of the Analyze stage, the Business Process Document will be finalized and signed off by both parties to ensure full alignment on scope and requirements before we head into phase 3: Build.

Build

System Configuration & Enhancements

In the Build phase, we configure Automat POS and NetSuite to meet your exact specifications, ensuring all integrations, configurations, and enhancements are in place.

Setup of critical settings such as locations, tax rules, receipt formats, payment processors, and hardware configurations.
Data Migration
We migrate essential data from your existing system including products, customers, suppliers, open AR, and sales history. This ensures continuity and complete data integration.
Enhancements
Any enhancements deemed in scope, such as customizations and features unique to your business needs, will be built during this stage.
Role Setup
We configure user roles and permissions to match your organization’s structure, ensuring proper access control.

Validate

Testing & User Training

The Validate phase is where we rigorously test the system, train your users, and ensure everything is ready for the live environment. This stage is performed in a Sandbox Account to allow for thorough testing without affecting your production system.

Process Walkthrough 2
We conduct a hands-on walkthrough of the configured system, demonstrating how to perform all key business processes in Automat POS and NetSuite within the Sandbox environment.
End-to-End Testing
We perform end-to-end testing to ensure all integrated processes and workflows function as expected, confirming system readiness for launch.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
After initial testing, your team performs UAT, validating that the system meets your requirements and business needs.
Wiki & Online User Guides
To ensure your team is fully prepared for go-live, we provide access to detailed online user guides and a wiki containing step-by-step instructions on how to use the system.
Training
Comprehensive training sessions are provided to ensure your team is confident in using the system. This includes detailed guides and training materials that will be accessible at any time.

Convert

Go-Live & Transition

In the Convert phase, we finalize the migration to the production environment, ensuring a smooth transition and a successful go-live.

This session provides an opportunity to review the initial configuration of Automat POS and NetSuite, identifying any necessary adjustments to align the system with your business processes.


Gap Analysis

We’ll note any areas where your processes or requirements don’t fit the out-of-the-box system functionality and identify what will be addressed during the Build phase via system enhancements or process changes.


Deliverable

A comprehensive list of gaps, enhancements, and any process adjustments to be addressed in the Build phase.




Process Walkthrough 2

In this session, we demonstrate how to execute your business processes using the fully-configured system in the Sandbox environment. This serves as a final opportunity to ensure that everything works as expected before go-live.


Deliverable

A formal End-to-End test, after which the solution is considered production-ready.
